AYSO Refund Policy
- Parents are eligible for refunds each season (Fall, Indoor, Spring) up to 14 days after the first practice start date. Practice start dates will vary each season. It will be posted on the Season Schedule on the Region 498 website (www.ayso498.org >> Schedules & Calendar). NOTE: Since there are no practices for indoor season, parents are eligible for a refund up to 14 days after the first regularly scheduled game.
- The AYSO National Fee of $25.00 and Sports Connect processing fee of $2.75 is non-refundable.
- Any requests made prior to the 14th day of the practice start date will receive a refund of the amount paid for the Division Fee minus a discount if one was applied.
- All refund requests must be sent to the Regional Commissioner in writing at [email protected] by the Primary Account Holder. Please state the reason for the refund, as well as a current mailing address.
- Upon Regional Commissioner approval, the refund request will be sent to the Registrar, if needed, then the Treasurer for processing.
- Refunds should be allowed 2 to 6 weeks for processing.
Refunds Not Eligible
The following is not eligible for a refund:
- Players participating in a practice and/or game at anytime after registering (including the 14-day after the first practice start date period).
- Inclement weather conditions or Acts of God causing practice and/or games to be canceled in any location the player is scheduled to participate.
