www.eAYSO.org FAQ
12. Why does eAYSO have the wrong age or why can’t I change the age of my child in eAYSO?
The age on the form is the age of the player on the date of August 1 of the Registration year. The registration year runs from August 1, to July 31 first of each year. For example FS2009 runs from 9/1/2009 – 7/31/2010.
13. Why is the payment information from fall on the form when I print the forms for indoor and spring?
eAYSO only prints the payment information from fall on the forms. When reprinting for the spring and indoor, the payment information is printed.
14. I can no longer see my players under my eAYSO account?
eAYSO has gone through a major upgrade in the Winter of 2009. Many duplicate records have been removed. The easiest way to get a print out of your players registration form is to contact the regional register at registrar@ayso498.org.
You can try and contact eaysosupport@ayso.org for help correcting your accounts.
15. How can I get my password reset on eAYSO.
You can contact eaysosupport@ayso.org for help correcting your accounts. They have been very busy and it may take a while for them to get back to you.
